The order of registration of permissions for an entrance to Ukraine.

1. Generals

1.1. The Order in the state international airports "Simpferopol", "Odessa", Odessa trade port for an entrance to Ukraine (further is The Order) it is developed for Decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from March, 29, 2002 №410 "About bringing of changes to the decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from February, 20, 1999 № 228".

1.2. This order determines registration of permissions for an entrance to Ukraine ( within eight days) to the citizens of countries - members of European Union, Canada, USA, Switzerland and Japan (further to the foreigners), which travel with the purpose of tourism.

2. Registration of permissions

2.1. Permissions on an entrance pursuant to the decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from March, 29, 2002 № 410 "About bringing of changes to the decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from February, 20 1999г. № 228" is validated by consular points in the State international airports "Simpferopol", "Odessa", Odessa trade port.

2.2. Consideration of questions about the grant of permissions for an entrance to Ukraine with the purpose of tourism is carried out by the employee of consular point on the basis of documents which confirm tourist character of journey. It is considered such documents:

- voucher given out by a tourist firm;
- the tourist tour given out by the tourist firm of Ukraine;
- confirmation of hotels of Ukraine, which carry on tourist activity, about payment of residence;

2.3. Employees of consular point in the State international airports "Simpferopol", "Odessa", Odessa trade port at delivery of permissions must:

- to check up belonging of passport document to his bearer, and similarly validity of a produced passport document;
- to give out the form of visa questionnaire (a visa questionnaire is filling print letters);
- to take the filled visa questionnaire (with the pasted picture in measuring 35х 45мм) and other documents, register and consider the requirement about registration of permission (for delivery of form of visa questionnaire take the actual costs in obedience to Tariff of consular collection);
- to provide automatic treatment of visa questionnaire;
- to make decision about registration of permission, about what to do the proper records on a visa questionnaire in the column "Official marks" ( permission can be validated in the produced passport document, the term of action of which is closed no less, than in a 1 (one) month after ending of term of action of permission);
- to provide filling of form of visa label and paste her in the passport document of foreigner;
- to give out to the foreigner a passport document and return all other given documents for registration of permission on an entrance, except visa questionnaire and receipt about payment of consular collection;

3. Tariffs

3.1. For implementation of consular actions it takes consular collection.

3.2. It is determined size of consular collection which is made by 153 gryvny (UAH) in foreign, freely convertible currency according to the course of National Bank of Ukraine in a time of registration of permission on an entrance to Ukraine.
